283 Young people from Australia, Poland, Canada, USA, India, Germany, South Africa, Peru & Brazil will form the Salvatorian WYD 2008 Pilgrimage to meet with the Holy Father. Some of them are sponsored by the Salvatorians or by the parishies or schools where the Salvatorians serve.

On Sunday 25th March, 2007, St Anthony’s School, Greenmount celebrated their 50th Anniversary. Over the last 50 years, St Anthony’s School has grown into a strong faith community. It began its educational life under the guidance of the sisters of The Daughters of Charity and the Franciscan Fathers.

On the 8th December 2006, Salvatorian Priests, Novices and Lay Salvatorian collaborators, celebrated the 125th anniversary of the foundation of their order by Father Francis Mary of the Cross Jordan. This significant anniversary was marked with a special Mass celebrated at St Lawrence Church Balcatta, and was followed by a dinner dance at Rossetti Function Centre.

We welcome Fr Dariusz Krzysztalowicz, who is arriving in Perth this coming Friday 24 November 2006 at 7.20am. Fr Dariusz spent several years working in Canadian Region and is coming to join our Salvatorian Community in Australia.

As long as there is one person on earth who does not know God and does not love Him above all things, you dare not allow yourself a moment’s rest. As long as God is not everywhere glorified, you dare not allow yourself a moment’s rest.
